Join a trial class to get a taste of CrossFit at our gym.

Trial class options:

  1. Our Saturday morning 8am class. It is a partner work out and less intense pace than regular weekdays.
  2. Our Noon Express class, intended for beginners, or members wanting a good work out mid day in 45 minutes.
  3. Our regular classes on weekday mornings or evenings.

Choosing which one will depend on your previous experience. We can pair you up with another member to shadow for a class.
