Join our Saturday morning class to get a taste of CrossFit at our gym.

Our Saturday morning 8am class is programmed to be a less intense pace than regular weekday workouts. They are partner workouts, which makes it even more fun, lively and encouraging. It’s a great way for you to be introduced to CrossFit, our awesome community, and to get a great workout.

Alternatively, we can set you up with another member to shadow for a class during regular weekday classes.
