Our CrossFit Kids program is a specially designed fitness program tailored for children ages 6-12, aiming to promote physical activity, healthy living, and overall well-being in a fun and supportive environment. It incorporates the fundamental principles of CrossFit while focusing on age-appropriate movements and activities.
You can sign your child up for 1 day or both days in the week. Classes are 1 hour, and the session lengths depend on the season.
CrossFit Kids classes provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children to participate in structured physical activities. Trained coaches ensure that the exercises are appropriate for the age group and skill level of the participants. Each class consists of a warm up, a fun game, and an engaging workout.
The program focuses on teaching children functional movements that are fundamental to everyday activities. These movements include bodyweight exercises, light weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular activities, all adapted to suit the developmental stages and abilities of children.
Coaches will emphasize skill, coordination, balance, and agility. Children learn to improve their motor skills and enhance their overall physical capabilities.
