Adult classes
CrossFit
A 60 minute class, comprised of a warm up, stretching, usually followed by a strength/skill component, and then the Workout of the Day (WOD). The WOD can be modified/scaled to each athlete’s ability. The goal is to perform at high intensity, while maintaining good form and proper technique.
Express Noon
A 45 minute class, is a condensed version of a regular CrossFit class. It is comprised of a warm up, stretching, and a WOD. The workout is a bit less intense, and does not include Olympic lifting. This class is ideal for anyone starting CrossFit or fits with their work schedule to get out at noon.
Kids classes

Our kids classes are for ages 6-12. We begin with a warm up, play several games throughout, and get the kids moving and having FUN. They will learn proper techniques, burn off some energy, and hopefully work up a sweat. This is a very popular class, running for 10 weeks, and is capped at 12 members.
Special Needs Power Hour
In 2015 we launched our first Fitness program called "Girl Power" geared towards youth and young women with developmental delays (both cognitive and physical).
Our vision since opening in 2009 was to make CFK an inclusive gym where everyone, regardless of ability and other mental or physical challenges, could benefit from our program and be made to feel part of something bigger than just a gym. The program started with only a few girls and has grown over the course of time. It's now co-ed and is called Power Hour.
This group meets Tuesday's at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 9am.
The structure of the class is very similar to our regular CrossFit classes without some of the higher skilled movements. It starts with a structured warmup, sometimes in the form of a fun fitness game followed by dynamic stretches, movement review and then the workout which can range from 15-25 minutes. If time allows we will finish the class with a cool down game or stretch.
CFK is also Home to the "Grizzlies" Special Olympics Powerlifting team.
