I have worked out a standard gyms before and also had a personal trainer, and neither produced the results or motivation that I get a CFK. I am significantly stronger, I have put on more muscle, and increased my endurance and stamina, as well as made progress on nagging injuries that were holding me back in the past.
Additionally it is a great positive way to start my day each day, and I feel better and more focused at work after I work out at CFK as well.
